Blinds Plus operates with five full-time, in-house installers. They are not subcontractors, they are not freelancers, and they are not learning on your home. Every installer is our employee on our own payroll, fully insured, and covered by State of Ohio Mandatory Workers' Compensation. They are background-checked, drug-tested, and many carry 10- and 30-hour OSHA cards earned through our commercial work. When one of our trucks pulls up to your home, the person stepping out is someone we trust enough to install in our own families' houses.
Installation is FREE on every order over $500 — no surprise charges, no per-window fees, no extra cost for hard-to-reach windows or unusual mounting situations. We handle inside mounts, outside mounts, ceiling mounts, between-the-glass installs, French doors, arched windows, palladium windows, skylights, and motorized headrails that need to be hardwired into existing electrical. If it has a window, we have probably installed treatments in it before.
Every install ends with a final walk-through. We test every single blind, shade, and shutter in front of you — every cord, every wand, every motor, every tilt. We adjust anything that needs adjustment, clean up every screw and scrap, and demonstrate operation and care. If anything ever needs service, we come back. That is the entire point of buying local.

Every product tested in front of you, full operation demo, and full clean-up before we leave.
Two-year pickup and reinstall guarantee
If something needs warranty or repair service in the first two years, we pick it up and reinstall it at no charge.

We mount each treatment level and square, set the proper depth, and verify clearance for all operating mechanisms.
