Window treatments are a long-term investment, and even the best products eventually need service — a snapped lift cord, a stripped tilt mechanism, a motor that won't respond, a slat broken by the dog. Most customers don't realize that a repair almost always costs a fraction of a replacement, and that the leading brands rely on Authorized Regional Repair Centers like ours to handle warranty work for entire metro areas.
Blinds Plus is one of the few shops in Greater Cincinnati certified by the manufacturer to perform warranty and out-of-warranty repairs on Hunter Douglas® products — including Duette® honeycomb shades, Silhouette® window shadings, Pirouette®, Luminette®, Vignette®, and PowerView® motorization. We also hold the same Authorized Regional Repair Center designation for Alta Window Fashions, covering their full catalog of blinds and shades. That status means we have factory training, factory parts access, and direct manufacturer support — and we can perform warranty service even on products you bought from another retailer. If we are not authorized to fix the product we can work with Hunter Douglas® and Alta Window Fashions to coordinate any warranty service provided at the factory.
For products we originally sold and installed, we offer a two-year free pickup and reinstall service. We come to your home, take the product back to our workshop, perform the repair, and reinstall it at no additional charge. After two years — or for products purchased elsewhere — you can drop the product off at any of our four Greater Cincinnati locations.

Diagnose the problem
Call us or bring the product in. We'll quickly identify what's wrong and whether it's covered by warranty.

Pickup or drop-off
If we installed it within the last two years, we come pick it up. Otherwise, drop it at any showroom location.

Workshop repair
Our technicians repair the product using factory parts wherever possible. Most repairs are completed in 1–2 weeks.

Reinstall or pickup
We reinstall (free for our two-year customers) or notify you that the product is ready for pickup at the location of your choice.
